The impeccable service and shuttle to-and-from the fairgrounds far exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent to adequate dining options.

The queen room with a great view had basic facilities you need. The breakfast had variety of outstanding options, and was very good and outstanding.

Comfortable beds in our double room. A huge variety of facilities such as a safe box, multi-channel television, and a cable TV with on-demand movies.

The rooms here are recently updated and offer awesome views. Plus, you can easily access the downtown area! 🌆

Hilton Doubletree Pleasanton has a convenient location with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. My upgraded king suite had an early check-in time, allowing my family to enjoy the pool and amenities while I worked. The customer service was exceptional. I recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The gym attached to the hotel was fantastic, with a wide range of cardiovascular machines and an amazing steam room in the women's locker room. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impressive, and I appreciated having free access to the gym as an extra bonus. the staff and the facilities made my stay enjoyable and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Everything was simply excellent. One of the reasons we stayed in this good standard and exceptionally comfortable hotel was a shuttle to-and-from the fairgrounds. The staff from start to finish were helpful and excellent. Really enjoyed large bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a seating area in our queen room. The breakfast spread was very good and OUTSTANDING, with plenty of outstanding options.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in many ways. Firstly, the staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure my early check-in request was fulfilled. They even offered me an upgrade to a pool view room, which was a lovely gesture. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable king bed and a nice bathroom. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with a shopping plaza just a minute's drive away, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. Additionally, being close to the highway made it convenient to explore other nearby attractions, such as the Livermore Premium outlets and various parks in Northern California.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine and nothing significant could be improved.

The location of the property was great and convenient, outside on the couches outside of the restaurant. Moreover, it's just next door to restaurants and 24 hour fitness and Pleasanton which is frequent and northern california near pleasanton. Stayed in a beautifully maintained and well-appointed room that was nice, clean and updated. A shower and hair dryers was a plus.

The toilet bal cock had a slight leak and ever 10-20 min.the toilet would refill,,, 24 hours a day. Waste of water yes Waste of my sleep, yes. Engineering changed the flapper after I notified the front desk but it only slowed down the leak, now cycling every 20-30 min. I reported this each day of our stay and as we left. Try a new toilet or rework the ball cock......Not a flapper change

The breakfast is free and outstanding. The location is incredible, right next to train tracks and restaurants within walking distance. Common areas are great.
